MEET KELLY LEIGH

I'm a certified health coach and a working mum with two girls. I support busy women over 40 through a mix of coaching, education and a passion for all things health and food to boost their energy, build confidence in the kitchen with fuss-free family meals, reach a weight that feels right, and make space to do the things that bring them joy.

I work with my clients as their coach and accountability partner to put their wellness vision into action with simple sustainable changes so they can feel amazing and like themselves again.
